Kansha Japanese Express

Rebuilt a Japanese restaurant’s ordering site in Webflow after the client lost access to their original platform. I documented every section of the Toast site, rebuilt the layout and styling to match in Webflow, and reconnected ordering so the client regained full control of hosting and content without customers noticing any change. The Problem

The client’s site was originally built on Toast. They lost administrative access to their account, which meant they couldn’t update their own site or menu. They needed the entire site rebuilt on a platform they’d fully own and control, matching the existing site exactly, with no disruption to customers mid-transition.

The Goal

Reproduce the live Toast site feature for feature and match it visually in Webflow (hero, menu highlights, ordering links, two locations, reviews) so the switch was invisible to customers, while giving the client full ownership going forward.
