User Research
To gain a deep understanding of our target users, we conducted interviews and surveys with a diverse group of individuals, including IT professionals, business owners, students, executives, and decision-makers across various industries. The goal was to uncover their key pain points, expectations, and preferences when engaging with ICT service providers online. We explored what features they valued most in an ICT website such as ease of navigation, clarity of information, and trustworthiness of content. Insights from this research shaped our design strategy, helping us prioritize accessibility, service clarity, and user engagement throughout the site.
Competitive Analysis
We reviewed several competitor websites within the ICT space to identify industry best practices, modern design trends, and usability standards. This analysis focused on how competitors structure content, present their services, and engage users. We paid close attention to navigation patterns, visual hierarchy, service clarity, and trust-building elements like testimonials and certifications. These insights helped us pinpoint areas where the current Jvec website fell short and guided us in creating a more competitive, user-friendly, and visually modern design.
User Persona
To better understand and empathize with our users, we developed a detailed user persona that represents our primary audience. This persona was based on insights gathered during interviews and surveys with professionals in the ICT space. It highlights their goals, challenges, behaviors, and what they expect from a technology service provider’s website. Creating this persona helped guide our design decisions, ensuring the final experience is aligned with user needs and expectations.
Site Map
The site map outlines the website’s information architecture, detailing how content is organized and structured. It was designed to ensure intuitive navigation, easy access to key services, and a seamless user journey. This clear hierarchy helped guide both the layout and user flow, making it easier for visitors—whether technical or non-technical—to find what they need quickly and efficiently.
UI Design
We used a dark theme to give the site a sleek, modern feel that reflects JVEC Solutions’ position as a top-tier ICT firm. Each service—Software Development, Cloud Solutions, Cybersecurity—has its own page with clear descriptions and benefits. An interactive tool was added to help users find tailored solutions based on their needs. We also included a project showcase section with client testimonials and results to build trust and credibility.
